S3 Episode 22: Chatting with Hannah Rose Lewis

This is The Unstoppable Singer and I’m chatting with Hannah Rose Lewis! Hannah is a vocalist, songwriter, arranger, composer, and music educator. The daughter of a studio cellist and a film actor, she was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and has been entrenched in the entertainment industry from a very young age. After attending California State University, Northridge and majoring in Commercial and Media Writing with an emphasis in vocal performance, Hannah has gone on to sing and arrange music in a variety of settings including film sessions and record dates, live performances everywhere from the Ojai Festival to Carnegie Hall, and LA-local choral ensembles Los Robles Master Chorale and Tonality. In between singing in studios and on stages, she writes and records original music with her vocal band, From the Roots. Though performing live and in the studios is Hannah’s true passion, she also loves to teach. She balances her singing work with private piano and voice lessons as well as specialized a cappella group coaching and arranging at the high school level. Educating and inspiring the next generation of musicians and humans is one of her greatest joys.
