Life is precious and we only get one shot at it. Nevertheless, many of us are spending our life merely passing the time until this pandemic comes to an end. It’s hard to stay motivated when you’ve lost so much. I won’t sugar-coat it either. This could get worse before it gets better. If we’re not careful with ourselves, we can become stuck and paralyzed with overwhelm. If you feel this way, you’re not alone.
